DOF Subsea, a subsidiary of DOF Group, has been awarded a contract in the Atlantic region for the mooring installation of an FPSO on the UKCS (North Sea).

The Norwegian provider of subsea services said it will deploy the anchor handling/construction support vessel Skandi Skansen, along with a number of anchor handlers from its fleet to undertake the installation.

The Bergen-based company has not disclosed any financial details surrounding the deal, nor any additional information about the project.
