Fluxys-operated Zeebrugge LNG terminal is scheduled to receive two cargoes of liquefied natural gas from Qatar.
According to the port data, Awilco’s 2013-built LNG carrier WilPride with a capacity of 156,007-cbm departed from the Qatari LNG complex at Ras Laffan on Saturday, March 25.
The carrier built by the South Korean shipbuilder Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering is scheduled to dock at Zeebrugge LNG’s jetty on April 10.
The second cargo is being transported aboard the 210,100-cbm Al Oraiq Q-Flex carrier, managed by K Line LNG Shipping (UK). The vessel departed Ras Laffan on Monday, March 27 and is scheduled to deliver its cargo to Belgium on April 15.
The Zeebrugge LNG terminal, that mainly imports LNG from Qatar, has an annual throughput capacity of nine billion cubic meters of natural gas.
