Gardline Group has integrated two of its specialist marine environmental companies Marine Ecological Surveys (MESL) and Marine Planning Consultants (MPC).
The combining of the two companies will unify a range of specialist marine environmental and planning personnel, as the move reflects the overlap in the offerings of each company and the potential for stronger joint offering using complementary skills and knowledge, according to Gardline.
The services that MESL and MPC currently offer are highly complementary to each other, with MESL currently focusing on surveys, laboratory analysis, and technical consultancy services, and MPC focusing on licensing support, impact assessment and marine planning.
Both brands will be retained, with MPC becoming a trading name of MESL, Gardline informed.
