Leask Marine has taken delivery of the multicat vessel C-Fenna to support its activities in the wave and tidal sector.

The C-Fenna is a 26 meter Neptune Eurocarrier 2611 that has been specifically adapted to support the offshore marine renewable sector, especially wave and tidal clients, Leask Marine said.

The vessel has a bollard pull capacity of over 35 tonnes, and has 2 large cranes forward and aft plus a total of 8 winches for towing, craneage, anchor handling and tuggers.

Douglas Leask , Managing Director at Leask Marine, said: “We are particularly pleased to have purchased the Neptune Eurocarrier 2611, and the C-Fenna’s addition to our bespoke fleet underlines our commitment to our clients and our focus on the marine renewable and construction markets.”

Leask Marine is an Orkney-based marine renewables services provider, renowned for its specialized works in strong currents, high tidal zones and remote locations.
