Oil and gas services provider Paradigm Flow Services has secured a series of new contracts in the Gulf of Mexico.

The Aberdeenshire-based company said its Flexi-Coil system is currently operating on a hat-trick of projects for a variety of new international operators. Two of the jobs are located in the Gulf of Mexico and the third is in Equatorial Guinea, managed from Houston.

A fourth US-based project, also for a new client, has involved the deployment of the company’s Pipe-Pulse technology for unblocking subsea flowlines.

Managing director, Rob Bain , said: “We are pleased to grow our foothold in the important American market. We are increasingly called in by forward-thinking and innovative clients for whom conventional methodologies have been unsuccessful and there is a need to address impact on production and maximise asset potential.

“Our US expansion to date has been achieved thanks to a winning combination of key factors such as the employment of two key members of staff in Houston, relocating Flex-Coil and Pipe-Pulse equipment from overseas regions to GoM, and working closely with local suppliers and partners.”
