Law firm Stephenson Harwood said a ship and offshore finance specialist lawyer with experience in LNG sector, Dean Norton, joined the company as a partner in London.
Norton has more than 20 years of experience advising financiers, operators and investors in the shipping and offshore energy markets.
He works for a number of international banks involved in shipping and offshore financings, and advises owners and operators in relation to the construction, financing and chartering of liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier vessels and floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs), drilling rigs and specialized offshore units and equipment.
Norton joins the firm from Clyde & Co, where he was a partner.
