Taking into account a value of USD 38.2 billion, Norway is one of the top ten shipowning nations by value.
The country’s top five owners are Frederiksen Group, Knutsen Group, BW Group, Stolt Nielsen Group and SinOceanic Shipping.
As the infographic below shows, Norwegian companies place the majority of orders in China.
