Seaproof Solutions has been awarded a contract by Jan De Nul to supply its export cable protection systems for offshore wind farms Borkum Riffgrund 2 and Trianel Windpark Borkum 2nd construction phase.
The contract covers the design and supply of the export cable protection systems connecting the Borkum Riffgrund 2 wind farm to the DolWin gamma platform; and the Trianel Windpark Borkum 2nd construction phase wind farm to the DolWin alpha platform.
CPS are taking into account all pertinent cable data, physical interface to the foundations and environmental parameters, whilst guaranteeing a minimum design life of 30 years.
