One of the Technical Sessions is a lunch session on the Rise of the Renewables. Fossil fuels will likely meet well over half of global energy demand. Non-fossil fuel production will grow significantly however and in some countries non-fossil fuels meets over 90% of electricity demand.

This session offers a quick-scan of how several renewable energy markets are developing and where major commercial developments can be expected.
