Report: Simon Møkster in double vessel sale

Simon Møkster Shipping, a Norway-based offshore vessel owner, has reportedly sold two anchor handlers. According to VesselsValue.com, the Norwegian company has found a buyer or buyers, for the Stril Commander and Still Challenger vessels, both built by Havyard in 2009. VesselsValue has not disclosed

Simon Møkster Shipping, a Norway-based offshore vessel owner, has reportedly sold two anchor handlers.

According to VesselsValue.com, the Norwegian company has found a buyer or buyers, for the Stril Commander and Still Challenger vessels, both built by Havyard in 2009.

VesselsValue has not disclosed the name of the buyer, nor the value of the transaction.

The vessels’ spec sheets state that both AHTS units are equipped for anchor handling, towing, platform supply, stand-by, rescue, and oil recovery operations
