ECA Group has been awarded a five-year contract by French Ministry of Armed Forces for the supply of consumables for French Navy PAP demining remotely operated vehicles (ROVs).
The value of the contract is over EUR 4 million up to a maximum of EUR 8 million depending on utilization frequency.
The French demining PAPs will remain in activity till the mid 2020’s.
They will be progressively replaced with the delivery of the future demining systems that the French Navy will order in the coming years after the results of MMCM FR/UK evaluation program, the company noted.
