Gazprom’s head Alexey Miller discussed the issues of related to the natural gas supplies to Azerbaijan with Rovnag Abdullayev, president of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR).
Gazprom Export agreed with Azerbaijan Methanol Company (AzMeCo) to export up to 2 billion cubic meters of gas per year to Azeirbaijan .
Abdullayev also held a meeting with Rosneft’s CEO, Igor Sechin.
According to a statement by SOCAR, Azerbaijan’s state-owned oil, natural gas and condensate exploration, production, processing, transportation and sales company, Abdullayev discussed future development issues of cooperation with the two Russian companies.
