In today’s spotted, we bring you an image of Mein Schiff 3 which sailed into the London International Cruise Terminal in Tilbury in the morning hours of September 12.
The giant Mein Schiff 3, owned by Germany-based TUI Cruises, is the largest cruise ship the terminal has welcomed.
Featuring a length of 293.3 meters and a width of 35.8 meters, the cruise vessel was constructed at Meyer Turku Shipyard in Finland in 2014.
Able to accommodate 2,506 passengers, Mein Schiff 3 is deployed in South Europe and the Mediterranean Sea during summer. In winter, the ship is deployed in Western Europe, the Baltic Sea, South Europe and the Mediterranean Sea, and Nordland.
Founded in 2008 as a joint venture between TUI AG and Royal Caribbean Cruises, TUI Cruises owns a fleet of six cruise ships. In June this year, the company christened Mein Schiff 6, the latest addition to its fleet.
