ELA Container Offshore GmbH will again be participating at the Offshore Energy 2017 in Amsterdam. The exhibition will take place on 10th and 11th of October 2017 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In Hall 1 at booth #111, ELA Offshore will be exhibiting a two story Offshore Accommodation Complex to demonstrate one of the many configuration possibilities of their high quality containers.

One highlight of the exhibition – next to the new Offshore Workshop Container- will be their new type of Accommodation Container with interior corridor: the ELA Offshore Accommodation Container, Type: PREMIUM.

In addition to the display at stand 1.111, ELA will again be the Platinum Sponsor of the exhibition. “We are really looking forward to seeing ELA Offshore as a Platinum Sponsor all around during Offshore Energy,” states Katharina Pleus , Marketing Manager of ELA Container Offshore GmbH. “We will assemble a two-storey accommodation complex with our new PREMIUM Containers. Visitors will be able to see how easy our containers can be combined to one big, multi-storey accommodation facility,” Pleus continues.

“The key element that differentiates our new type of 20 ft Accommodation Container from other containers on the market, is their interior corridor. By including interior corridors in the design of the container, we eliminate the need for external gangways, which saves our customers space and money. Besides, the internal corridor facilitates crew transfers between modules and reduces safety hazards and crew exposure to weather conditions,” states Hans Gatzemeier , Managing Director of ELA Container Offshore GmbH.

In addition to interior corridors, the containers have 6,5 m² of living space per person with a single cabin and own bathroom, this all according to German quality standards and international rules and regulations.

Next to the container complex at stand 1.111, ELA Offshore will bring two containers for the outdoor exhibition area. “Outside we will display our new ELA Offshore Workshop Container which is completely furnished with workbench, Würth tools, shelves and other equipment. The Workshop Container concept is a cooperation between us and the Würth Group and is based on providing efficient mobile workspace according to customers’ requirements,” explains Gatzemeier.

All Containers are “Made in Germany” according to German quality standards and possess all necessary certifications such as DNV 2.7-1 / EN 12079-1, DNV 2.7-2, based on SOLAS, IMO FSS Code, and MLC as well as CSC and are approved from several IACS-companies. In terms of fire resistance, an A60 insulation provides high safety standards. Every container will be checked before delivery. Depending on customer requirements, ELA Offshore Containers are individually customized, immediately operational and are available at short notice.

The main features of ELA offshore accommodations include: • Flexibility on demand • One base type with various accommodation solutions • Easy handling thanks to standard 20ft High-Cube ISO standard dimensions • Highest quality standards
