Polarcus in Asia Pacific seismic shoot

Polarcus has received a Letter of Award for a broadband 3D marine seismic project in Asia Pacific.

Polarcus has received a Letter of Award for a broadband 3D marine seismic project in Asia Pacific.

The marine seismic company on Friday said the was due to start in the fourth quarter 2017. The project will run for approximately one month.

Polarcus did not reveal any details on the value of the deal or on the identity of the client.

Also, it’s unclear which vessel Polarcus will be using for the project. In a recent presentation, Polarcus has shared a map of its fleet geographical spread in August. The vessel closest to the Asia Pacific region was Polarcus Naila, which was at the time deployed in Malaysia.
