L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited (LTHE), a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has secured an offshore contract from Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for the transportation and installation on Daman Development Project.
The contract encompasses total engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) for the project.
The project, part of ONGC’s strategy to extract gas from Daman Field, is situated in the south western part of Tapti – Daman block in Mumbai Offshore, located at about 160-200 km North West direction from Mumbai city and 160 km West of Daman.
According to L&T, the award is valued at approximately USD 177 million.
