OLT Offshore LNG Toscana, operator of the FSRU Toscana located off the Italian coast between Livorno and Pisa, said that Richard Fleischmann has been named as the new managing director of the company, representing Uniper shareholders.
Formerly senior project manager for the E.ON Group and later for Uniper Global Commodities, Richard Fleischmann will support Alessandro Fino, managing director representing Iren shareholder, and he will replace Silvano Calcagno who pursue other projects of the Group.
Fleischmann has joined the E.ON Group as head of gas supply engineering in 1988 and in 2009 he became member of the board of directors in the co-controlled shareholding Baumgarten-Oberkappel Gasleitungsgesellschaft.
After divestment in 2013 he returned to the headquarters of E.ON Global Commodities SE at Düsseldorf and was assigned the coordinators’ role managing the Nord Stream asset for E.ON.
Lately, after separation from E.ON he proceeded with this responsibility at Uniper Global Commodities.
