Oslo-listed seismic contractors Polarcus has secured two 3D acquisition projects in South America and Middle East.
The South america project will start in Q4 2017 and will utilize the company’s XArray acquisition methodology.
The survey is for an undisclosed client, and it should run for approximately 10 weeks.
For the Middle East, Polarcus has received a Letter of Intent also from an undisclosed client to pre-fund a multi-client XArray 3D seismic acquisition project.
The project is also planned to start in the fourth quarter and run for about two months.
