Houston-based LNG engineer KBR on Tuesday reported third-quarter net income of $45 million, after reporting a $63 million loss in the same period a year ago.

The company posted a net income of 32 cents per share with earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs at 35 cents per share.

Revenue in the quarter under review was $1 billion compared to $1.1 billion in the third quarter of 2016.

KBR said in its report that revenue decreased slightly driven by lower activity on various projects in the company’s engineering and construction segment.

The company raised its full-year adjusted earnings per share guidance to a range of $1.35 to $1.50 per share from the previous range of $1.25 to $1.45.
