The Hague-based Shell named Catherine Hughes, a non-executive director of the company, as a member of the Corporate and Social Responsibility Committee, effective November 1.
Shell also noted in its statement that Gerard Kleisterlee stood down as a member of the audit committee on this date.
Following the changes, the corporate and social responsibility committee members include Hans Wijers (chair), Catherine Hughes and Nigel Sheinwald.
The audit committee members include Euleen Goh (chair), Roberto Setubal, Linda Stuntz and Gerrit Zalm.
Hughes, together with Nigel Sheinwald and Gerrit Zalm, is also a member of Shell’s remuneration committee chaired by Gerard Kleisterlee.
