VNG Norge has, on behalf of the PL 586 partners, issued a Letter of Intent (LoI) to TechnipFMC for the Fenja field development project.
The LoI covers the engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) of the subsea production systems (SPS) and subsea structures, umbilicals, risers and flowlines (SURF) for the Fenja project in the Norwegian Sea.
The final contract will be signed pending a final investment decision planned for December 2017, and subject to the authorities’ approval of the Plan for Development and Operations (PDO).
VNG is the operator of Fenja, formerly known as Pil & Bue, located in PL586 within blocks 6406/11 and 12 in the Norwegian Sea.
