Oceanteam, the Dutch – Norwegian offshore service provider, has signed a heads of terms agreement to sell part of its Solutions business.
The Oslo-listed company, comprised of two operating segments, Oceanteam Shipping and Oceanteam Solutions.
The so far undisclosed buyer will start a due diligence process and parties have started to document the transaction.
Commercial terms have remained confidential, but Oceanteam said it will release further information as soon as the transaction is fully closed.
Oceanteam added that after the transaction will still continue to comprise of the two above mentioned operating segments.
