Australian company Carnegie Clean Energy has made further changes to its board of directors as part of the board renewal process.
Namely, Carnegie informed that John Leggate resigned from the position of Non-Executive Director, while Kieran O’Brien made a transition from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director.
The news follows Carnegie’s announcement from October 2017 when Terry Stinson and Mark Woodall were appointed to the board of directors.
Leggate served for 6.5 years as a Carnegie director and brought considerable insight from his extensive experience in the energy and cleantech sectors, the company said.
O’Brien will continue to have a focus on Carnegie’s European business activities, including in his role representing Carnegie on the board of Ocean Energy Europe.

Carnegie is the full owner and developer of the CETO wave energy technology intellectual property.
It also owns Australian battery/solar microgrid engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company Energy Made Clean (EMC), which specializes in the delivery of mixed renewable energy microgrid projects to islands and remote and fringe of grid communities.
Carnegie combines wave, solar, wind, storage and desalination solutions via microgrids which are ideally suited to islands, off grid communities and fringe of grid locations.
