Ocean Yield, a Norwegian ship-owning company with investments in vessels on long-term charters, is currently in negotiations regarding further investments in modern vessels with long-term charters.

In its Oslo Stock Exchange filing on Friday, Ocean Yield said that the investments are still subject to board approval and agreement on documentation.

Ocean Yield added it expects that final decisions with respect to these investments will be made during the next few weeks.

Established in March 2012, the company focuses on modern assets with long-term charters to solid counter-parties. Ocean Yield was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in July 2013.
