GAC scores global agent deal for Chevron’s LNG fleet

Chevron’s unit, Chevron Shipping Company awarded a three-year ship agency deal for crude and LNG vessels to GAC Group.

Chevron’s shipping unit awarded a three-year ship agency deal for crude and liquefied natural gas (LNG) vessels to GAC Group.

The deal makes GAC Chevron Shipping’s exclusive global agent, the company’s statement reads.

Operations will be overseen by GAC hub agency offices in Dubai, Houston and Singapore with support from GAC’s network of offices and approved agents worldwide.

GAC’s dedicated Chevron Shipping alliance representative in Houston will continue to supervise and drive the relationship between the two companies, the statement reads.
