Q-Flex liquefied natural gas carrier Al Aamriya recently undergone a routine survey at the Erhama Bin Jaber Al Jalahma Shipyard in Qatar’s Port of Ras Laffan, according to the LNG shipping giant Nakilat.

Nakilat and the Japanese J5 consortium jointly own and operate the 210,168-cbm LNG carrier.

The Al Aamriya has been quite busy last year delivering LNG from Ras Laffan, where the biggest LNG production complex in the world is located, to worldwide locations.

According to the marine data provider, VesselsValue, the Q-Flex LNG carrier’s deliveries since January 2017 included South Korea, Taiwan, India, Spain etc.

The VesselsValue data also shows that the 315m-long LNG tanker built in 2008 is currently worth around $140 million.
