Mermaid Maritime, a provider of subsea and drilling services to the offshore oil and gas industry, has appointed Mark Midgley as chief operating officer.
Following this appointment, Mermaid will hereafter have two chief operating officers each reporting directly to the chief executive officer.
Dr. Vincent Siaw will oversee the company’s strategic investments and corporate business initiatives and Mark Midgley will manage and expand the company’s subsea services business worldwide.
Furthermore, Darren Morgan has been re-designated from his role of executive vice president, Mermaid Subsea Services as Group senior director Business Development & Commercial.
In this new role, he will be responsible for subsea business development and commercial activities in the Asia Pacific & Middle East regions for the Company.
