Italian truck maker Iveco and BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, a unit of the French banking group, said they have joined forces to help transport operators to renew their fleets with more “environmentally-friendly” commercial vehicles.
Under the deal, the purchasers of Iveco vehicles featuring its Natural Power technology, which runs on compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG) and bio-methane will be “granted preferential financing conditions,” the duo said in a statement.
The deal also includes trucks with Iveco electric solutions or advanced Euro 6 RDE 2020 Ready technologies.
The financing offer will be available in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and the UK, the statement said.
