Head Energy Multicontrol and Kongsberg Maritime have signed a formal strategic cooperation agreement.
The agreement covers subsea monitoring communication & data gathering systems, drilling riser – wellhead & data analyses and project management.
The co-op deal has a duration of three years and strengthens both parties’ efforts in several areas.
