The Netherlands-based technical solutions provider, N-Seatec Subsea Systems has changed ownership and will continue under the new name Seatec Subsea Systems.

Seatec was part of N-Sea Group, offshore contractor and specialist in survey and IMR (inspection, maintenance, repair).

“After 6 years of operating under the N-Sea group we are confident that the interest of our stakeholders will benefit from Seatec being a fully independent operating entity focused on innovative subsea solutions and products to its customers,” the company said.

Seatec has expertise in design and manufacturing of underwater equipment as well as multidisciplinary services like mechanic, hydraulic, electric, software design and engineering; full testing capabilities and maintenance support; and calibration and MPI services.

The company has equipment representative agreements with Seacon, Teledyne Bowtech, Innova, Sound Metrics and Photosynergy.
