DOF Subsea North America been awarded a contract securing 120 days of utilization of Skandi Chieftain for seismic support operations.
Skandi Chieftain, which was re-flagged under the Canadian flag in 2016, is a multi-purpose vessel operated by DOF Subsea Canada.
The North America division just recently completed a short-term survey project for a local client in Eastern Canada utilizing the same vessel.
The new work is scheduled to start May 20 this year, the provider of integrated subsea services said on Thursday.
To remind, DOF Subsea North America was awarded of a 5-month contract for Skandi Chieftain in Canada in June last year.
