Red7Marine’s newest jack-up barge, the Eurojack 3620, is set to undergo final touches and outfittings prior to entering the nearshore construction market in summer 2018.

Eurojack 3620 has now been built and is currently being painted in Poland before it travels to Holland for final fit-out where its jacking legs and hydraulic systems will be added.

The multi-purpose monohull jack-up barge has been designed to have a maximum deck load of 550 tonnes and has a leg length of 48 metres.

The vessel is said to be ideally suited for working in the nearshore renewables sector on shore end cable landing projects or for operations on major civil engineering projects.

Nick Offord , CEO at Red7Marine, said: “We are looking to grow our range of barges in 2018/2019 and the addition of the Eurojack 3620 to our fleet will help us do this. We have an experienced team and we are committed to investing in the necessary equipment to ensure we can provide the most efficient service to our clients. With the construction and renewables industries rapidly growing we look forward to putting the Eurojack 3620 to work!”
