Phoenix International has appointed Chris Williams as the company’s general manager of its Norfolk, Virginia office.
In addition to his duties as general manager, Williams will manage Phoenix’s key U.S. Navy diving services contract, providing underwater ship repair capability to U.S. Navy ships worldwide.
A retired U.S. Navy Engineering Duty Officer and diver, Williams brings to Phoenix his experience coordinating technically challenging marine engineering projects around the globe.
