STR Adds Forssea Robotics to Its Rental Pool

Subsea Technology & Rentals (STR), has formed a partnership with French underwater technology company Forssea Robotics.

The deal will see STR provide its global customer base with access to Forssea Robotics technology.

Forssea Robotics, who are headquartered in Montpellier along with R&D regional base in Paris, France, were established in 2016 and specialize in the design and development of autonomous subsea robotics and underwater vision systems.

Ka Henney-Cant , sales & business development eecutive, STR said: “We are delighted to announce our strategic partnership with Forssea Robotics. Over the past year, STR has monitored the organisation trial and test its prototypes and through its successes, adapt and evolve its product offering. We are excited to work with and support the team as they continue to further develop its technology and become operational in the offshore industry.”
