Handal Resources has entered into an agreement with Petronas for a joint development of subsea technology solutions.
The duration of the contract is for a fixed period starting from June 13, 2018 until August 12, 2018.
The details of the scope of work in relation to the contract are in accordance with the detailed scope of work and deliverables as provided under the contract as stated in the Letter of Award and R&D collaboration agreement term sheet between Petronas and Handal, the company said.
Handal Resources did not disclose the value of the contract.
