Geoquip Marine has completed a geotechnical campaign for Vineyard Wind LLC offshore Massachusetts, USA.
The Dina Polaris vessel was mobilised from the Middle East for this campaign which consisted of seabed and downhole cone penetration testing (with seismic testing) and downhole sampling.
Over a period of 81 days Geoquip completed over 2,500 meters of deep seabed cone penetration testing and in excess of 2,000 meters of downhole testing with 6 days weather downtime.
“All operations were completed in line with contractor and client expectations and without accident or environmental damage,” Geoquip said.
