Swire Seabed has secured a framework agreement with Wintershall Norge for the provision of marine subsea services in the North Sea.

The framework agreement will begin this year and has a duration of three years, plus four years options.

The work to be performed under this agreement includes the supply of vessel and services which encompasses survey, IMR and light construction.

The agreement is call-off based, meaning that during the course of the frame agreement, Wintershall can award subsea services contracts on an as-needed basis.
