Following the resignation of Richard Tyrrell from the positions of CEO and CFO of Höegh LNG Partners (HMLP), the parent company Höegh LNG made changes to its board.
Tyrell has resigned from his positions at the partnership to lead business development activities for the Höegh LNG as chief development officer, the partnership said in a statement.
Steffen Føreid, the current chief financial officer of Höegh LNG will take on the role as chief executive officer and chief financial officer of HMLP.
Höegh LNG in its statement said the search to employ the new chief financial officer of Höegh LNG is in process and Steffen Føreid will retain the formal role until his replacement is in place.
Ragnar Wisløff, the current chief development officer of Höegh LNG will take on the role as head of change and transformation in Höegh LNG, while Camilla Nyhus-Møller has been promoted from SVP legal and compliance to chief legal and compliance officer.
