QP CEO holds cooperation talks with South Korean companies

Qatar Petroleum’s president and CEO Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi held cooperation talks with senior executives of South Korean companies.

Qatar Petroleum’s president and CEO Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi held cooperation talks with senior executives of South Korean companies.

Talks focused around cooperation in the energy field, especially the LNG industry during the meeting with presidents and senior executives of Kogas, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Samsung Heavy Industries, Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering, Hanwha Chemical Corp (HTC), and SK E&S and SK Group.

The visit also included a meeting with the Vice Minister of Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Qatar Petroleum said.

Once the meetings were concluded the Qatari delegation including senior officials from Qatar Petroleum and Qatargas left for Japan for similar discussions with Japanese companies.
