Submarine cable and telecommunications engineering firm WFN Strategies has appointed Hector Hernandez as projects manager.

Hernandez will be responsible for the management of various submarine cable projects for commercial, governmental and oil & gas clients.
He joins the WFN Strategies team with more than 20 years of experience, including 12 years in Alaska, supporting Alaska Communications and later Quintillion Subsea Holdings, both of which are located in Anchorage. His experience includes subsea cable system implementations, program/project management, planning, engineering, product development and operations.
