Ørsted has selected ERSG to supply temporary specialist staff for the Borssele 1+2 offshore wind project in the Dutch North Sea.

ERSG has been selected as one of five agencies to supply specialist staff and the only agency to be on supply agreements on all Ørsted’s wind farm projects currently running in the UK, Germany, Denmark and Holland.

The EPCI contract will supply to the Borssele 1 + 2 project which is planned to have 94 Siemens Gamesa turbines and will run until 2021 with well over 200 positions both onshore and offshore.

Oliver White , Global Account Manager for Ørsted, said: “It’s fantastic news for ERSG! We are delighted to have been chosen and continue our flourishing relationship with the world’s largest offshore windfarm developer.”

The Borssele 1 & 2 is located 23 kilometres from the Dutch coast and will have a total capacity of 752MW.
