Magseis and WesternGeco have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to offer seismic services including ocean-bottom nodes (OBN) acquisition from Magseis and data QC and processing from WesternGeco.

Earlier this month , Shearwater GeoServices completed the acquisition of the marine seismic acquisition assets and operations of WesternGeco, the geophysical services product line of Schlumberger.
