Subsea Technology & Rentals (STR) has enhanced its equipment inventory with the purchase of MacArtney Underwater Technology Multiplexers.

Scott Johnstone , group managing director, STR said, “STR are delighted with the addition of the MacArtney Underwater Technology Multiplexer systems to our rental inventory. Due to an increase in market activity and our customers’ requirements, the MacArtney Underwater Technology Nexus MK IV Multiplexer and Nexus MK VI (HD) Multiplexer systems have been a key investment to support operations through recent months. It is important for STR to continuously invest in the industry’s latest technology to service our customers and deliver cost effective solutions.”

Andy Smith, UK sales director, MacArtney Underwater Technology added, “ MacArtney are delighted that our Multiplexer solutions were chosen by STR to support the growth of their offshore operations. The addition of our Nexus systems to STR’s equipment pool has provided them with cost effective, flexible and reliable equipment needed to interface their growing rental inventory on a variety of subsea platforms.
