Seatec Bags Sonar Order

The Nederlands-based technical solutions provider Seatec has received new orders for the ARIS 3000 Sonar. Units are sold to Benelux Offshore operator and will be used for UXO identification work. The Nederlands-based technical solutions provider Seatec has received new orders for the ARIS 3000 Sonar.

Units are sold to Benelux Offshore operator and will be used for UXO identification work.

According to the company, the delivery is scheduled for Q1.

The ARIS Explorer 3000 works in zero visibility and operates at 3MHz (128 beams).

Aris sonars produce very detailed image quality with fast frame rates and create near video-like data.

Seatec is exclusive distributor fo Soundmetrics who designs and manufactures imaging sonars that are said to deliver the clearest, most detailed video images in their class.
