DEME Group has integrated the activities of its subsidiaries GeoSea, Tideway, A2Sea and EverSea into one business.
DEME Offshore will combine renewable energy and oil & gas activities, as well as other offshore related activities.
Hugo Bouvy is the Managing Director of the new business, with Bart De Poorter assuming the role of General Manager for the renewables and Lucas Bols taking the same role for oil & gas and other offshore activities.
