Subsea Technology & Rentals (STR) has recently appointed Aik Moh Nge as technical operations manager – Singapore.
This comes following the appointment of Jason French as business development director – Asia Pacific in September 2018 and the recent opening of its STR’s first premises for the region in Perth, Australia in March 2019.
The company said it has made this appointment following an increase in customer enquiries and demand for subsea equipment in the region, enabling STR to deliver its full suite of technology and support services locally.

“In order for STR to support these opportunities it was vital for us to appoint a Technical Operations Manager locally in the region to provide our customers with the technical expertise they have become accustomed to. Aik Moh Nge is a highly respected individual in the region and comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge from his former technical roles with Sonardyne and Harkand. We are pleased to welcome Aik Moh Nge to the team and look forward to building on our presence in Singapore following our successful expansion into Australia. ”
