Liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports from the United States decreased week on week, Energy Information Administration said in its report.

EIA stated in its weekly report that five LNG vessels, three from Sabine Pass and two from Cove Point, departed from the United States between April 4 to April 10.

The five vessels held a combined LNG-carrying capacity of 17.8 bcf.

The Administration added that one vessel was loading at the Sabine Pass terminal on Wednesday, April 10.

Also, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) authorized Cameron LNG on April 9 to introduce hazardous fluids to commission Train 1. The train is expected to enter service in the second quarter of 2019.
