Construction support vessel (CSV) Southern Ocean, which is jointly owned by Bourbon and Oceanteam, has been hired to support Fugro off the coast of Australia.
Bourbon – Oceanteam’s CSV Southern Ocean has entered into a contract with Fugro and will undertake a program of IRM work offshore in Australia, Oceanteam informed on Tuesday.
The vessel is currently conducting subsea work in India for McDermott and will be mobilized for its contract with Fugro in mid-May 2019, immediately following its current charter with McDermott.
Mathieu Feisthauer , Fleet and Chartering Manager of Oceanteam, said: “We are pleased to have secured this contract and are glad with the repeated trust Fugro has put in our vessel and in our company.”
