Aquaterra Energy has expanded its presence in the Australasia region with the opening of its first engineering office and warehouse facility in Perth, following recent regional contract wins.

The office will support regional oil and gas projects to increase efficiencies and reduce costs through its specialist riser analysis and systems, well initiation engineering and full field development solutions.

The premises will initially focus on riser analysis and system engineering, with a view to future local growth.

James Larnder , managing director at Aquaterra Energy, said: “We’ve made significant progress in the Australasia region and this office launch cements our commitment to current and future projects in the region. As a company, we’ve never stood still and continually strive to grow our business and develop and deliver the early drilling services our clients need for success.”

The office will open at end of May 2019 and provide the full Aquaterra Energy product and service offering, which includes the company’s modular platform, Sea Swift, Subsea and Surface Riser Systems, Riser and Conductor Analysis and its rental tools and equipment service, Aquaterra Express.
