TechnipFMC has named Olivier Piou, former chief executive officer of Gemalto and John Yearwood, former chief executive officer of Smith Internationa to its board of directors, effective June 1, 2019.
Piou will serve on the Strategy Committee and Yearwood will serve on the Compensation Committee. Both will serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Piou currently serves on the board of directors of Nokia and Valeo. Yearwood, who spent over 26 years at Schlumberger, previously served on the board of directors of Sabine Oil & Gas Corp.
